For whom

This Masterclass Program is specially designed for managers or professionals who have about eight years’ experience in their specific field of activity (e.g., business administration, R&D, science and technology, design, marketing, engineering, or production). They should be currently involved in innovation processes in their work, and more particularly be responsible for an innovation project that they can submit as input for discussion and work on during the Program.

The participation in the Program should be supported and delegated by their organization. In forming groups, attention will be given to ensuring a good variety of outlook and approach, so that delegates will be able to experience and work with the sort of mix typically found in Value Network projects.

The masterclass program is for a selected group of maximum 15 persons. With each candidate the trainers will have an intake interview.
