Through the Program, you will learn how to create successful Value Networks, deepening your insight into the processes of interaction and co-creation. You will acquire the necessary tools, skills and perspectives. You will learn to recognize the patterns of behavior that underlie the various approaches people take (‘information’, ‘formation’, ‘form’), and appreciate how they interact. You will get to know others who face similar challenges, and increase your understanding of what Value Networks can achieve.
All this will enable you to lead your own organization in taking the strategic step of embracing Value Networks as a new way of working.

• Developing a shared language
The Value Network Creation Program will give you a framework for analyzing the strategic, organizational, professional and cultural fit among partners. It will show you how you can effectively facilitate cooperation and the development of a shared language between them.
• Making the most of diversity
The Program will also help you harness the drive within the group so that the value desired by all is realized to the full - not by forcing consensus but by exploiting diversity. You will learn how to challenge and inspire network partners so as to maximize the effectiveness of their input.
• Pioneering a Value Network mindset
Thanks to the Program's unique structure, you won't be the only one in your organization to derive immediate benefit. During the ten months of the Program, you will work on a network project for your own company, with specific, agreed objectives. In this way, your company benefits from your progress.

     And as you develop your own skills, you can already start the learning process among your colleagues, promoting the Value Network mindset and way of working within your organization.

The masterclass series program is an intensive learning program opening up a wide network of business and innovation contacts. Next to the master classes a time investment of 200 hours is requested. During the program, also in between the master classes, coaches are available.

All participants will hold a graduation presentation about their personal case and in case of good performance will receive a certificate.
